(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.83 of 2011, filed against these petitioners for the offence under Sections 420, 506(II) IPC, r/w 25(1-B)(a) Arms Act, 1959, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Cuddalore.
