This writ petition has been filed by an Association questioning the recovery that is said to be made from the members belonging to the Association. One individual has also joined the Association questioning the same recovery.

2.On going through the affidavit, this Court does not find any particulars as to what is the amount that was fixed for each of the member from whom the recovery is said to be made and such omni bus prayer cannot be granted without necessary particulars. 3.When the above was brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Senior Counsel submitted that the counsel 2/5

on record may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition in order to file a fresh writ petition with proper particulars. The learned counsel on record for the petitioner also made an endorsement to withdraw the writ petition.

4.Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel on record for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
