In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 04.10.2019, today, the matter was listed under the caption "for modification".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the victim girl had expired on 04.10.2019, on which date, the order of this Court came to be passed, observing that the trial Court shall consider the bail application of the petitioners, after affording due opportunity to the victims. Since the victim girl is said to have expired, the trial Court shall extend due opportunity to the guardian or legal heirs of the deceased victim girl, as defined under Section 3(wa) of the Cr.P.C.

2.All the other observations made in the earlier order dated 04.10.2019 shall remain intact. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
