This Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2017. Initially, the matter came up for hearing on 04.09.2017, on which date, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner sought for an adjournment, and hence, the matter stood adjourned to 05.09.2017. Again on 05.09.2017, the matter was adjourned by one week. After that, the matter was listed only in the year 2019 and it was adjourned for four weeks. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 25.08.2021, on which date, none appeared on behalf of the revision petitioner. Therefore, the matter was adjourned by two weeks.

2. Today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the revision petitioner. Thus, this matter is pending from 2017 onwards without getting the same admitted and it has been listed under the caption "Adjourned Admission'' for the past four years. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to show any more indulgence in granting adjournments, in the absence of any representation from the revision petitioner.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
