C.M.P.No.24042 of 2019 in C.R.P.SR.No.127716 of 2019 R. SURESH KUMAR, J.

This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of the original fair and decreetal order of R.C.O.P.No.4 of 2012 on the file of the learned Rent Controller / District Munsif Court, Tiruvarur.

2. Since, against the said order Rent Control Appeal in R.C.A.No.4 of 2018 has been filed on the file of the Sub Judge, Tiruvarur, where the impugned order dated 21.08.2019 has been passed, as against which the Civil Revision Petition is being preferred, the Certified Copy of the order passed by the Rent Controller could not be filed in this revision. Hence, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court to dispense with the production of the order.

3. Considering the aforesaid aspects, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
