W.M.P.No.31360 of 2019 in W.P.No.12480 of 2004 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.,J In view of the reasons stated in accompanying affidavit filed in support of W.M.P.No.31360 of 2019, the order dated 26.08.2011 is set aside and the writ petition stands restored in respect of respondent Nos.5 and 6.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner is permitted to take private notice to the unserved respondents 5 & 6.
