(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.V.Karnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate, for respondent nos.1 to 3.

2.This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to amend the representation date as 11.02.2017 instead of 11.02.2016 in the order dated 07.03.2017 passed in W.P.No.5627 of 2017. 3.For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the date of representation, i.e., 11.02.2016, which is reflected in paragraph nos. 2, 3 and 4 of the order dated 07.03.2017, is amended to 11.02.2017. In all other respects, the order dated 07.03.2017 shall remain unaltered. The miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

Registry to carry out the necessary amendment and issue a fresh order copy to the parties.
