Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 438 (1) of BNSS, to suspend the execution of sentence passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Tiruppur in STC.No.874 of 2020 and confirmed by the Learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in Crl.A.No.312 of 2023 pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition. 1/4

ORDER

The matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that there is a correction in paragraph No.5(i) of the order dated 11.09.2025 and the same shall be replaced as follows:

"(i) the petitioners shall deposit the part of cheque amount, i.e., Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only), after deducting the amount which was already deposited by the petitioners, if any, to the credit of S.T.C.No.874 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Tiruppur, on or before 30.10.2025. Failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled."

3.All other conditions imposed in the order dated 11.09.2025 shall remain intact except for the above said correction. 2/4

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 11.09.2025 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel for the parties.
