ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been preferred to direct the respondent to take further action on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 23.02.2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2.It is represented by the Government Advocate that the complaint preferred by the petitioner has been closed as civil in nature on 04.11.2019. In view of the abovesaid position, nothing further survives in the petition. It is open to the petitioner to take further course of action on the closure of the complaint made by the respondent police dated 04.11.2019 as per law.

In the light of the abovesaid position, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
