The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue a "No Objection Certificate" and a "Trade License Certificate" to run a SPA in the name and style of "M/s.Aura Rejuvenation SPA", at Plot No.2. FF, Porur Vanagaram Main Road, Porur Gardens Phase - II, Tollgate, Vanagaram, Chennai - 600 095, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2025. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the third respondent is the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner may be directed to approach the third respondent for appropriate relief.
