This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 551 days in filing the above appeal.

3. The petitioner would aver that an exparte order came to be passed by the Tribunal fastening liability upon the Insurance Company and due to administrative reasons, delay of 551 days occurred in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

4. Accepting the averments made in the petition, this petition shall stand allowed on payment of costs of Rs.700/- payable in favour of High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai on or before 21.04.2026. Failing which, this petition shall automatically stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
