O R D E R
Mr.R.Vigneshwaran, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondent. With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to accept the Sale Deed presented by the petitioner, if it is otherwise in order, in respect of the properties in S.No.280/2 and 284/1C, situated at Ranipet District and Arakkonam Taluk, Gandhi Nagar, Anna Street Extention.
3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner herein has already filed a writ petition in W.P.No.19187 of 2021 before this Court for the very same relief as sought for in the present writ petition and this Court by order dated 24.03.2022 directed the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2021 within a period of six weeks. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has no cause of action to file the present writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed. If the Pg.Nos.2/4
petitioner is aggrieved over non-compliance of the order dated 2403.2022 in W.P.No.19187 of 2021, it is open for him to file Contempt Petition and not the present Writ Petition.
4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
