For Petitioners : Mr.S.Sivapandi For Respondents : Mr.T.K.Saravanan Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the revision filed by them.

2.Since the issue involved in these writ petitions are one and the same, they are heard together and disposed of by way of a common order.

3.The case of the petitioner in W.P.No.32527 of 2022 is that the petitioner purchased the subject property and made representation to the respondents for issuance of patta and since there was no response, filed W.P.No.14782 of 2018 before this Court seeking direction to the respondents therein to pass orders on his representation and pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19.06.2018 made in the said writ petition, the second respondent passed an order dated 06.03.2020 and aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner preferred revision before the first respondent, however, the same has not yet been disposed of. 3/6

Hence, the writ petition.

4.The case of the petitioners in W.P.Nos.32530 and 32532 of 2022 is that the petitioners purchased the respective subject properties and patta was issued in their favour, however, thereafter the patta was cancelled and aggrieved by the same, the petitioners preferred appeal before the second respondent and since the same was not considered, the petitioners filed W.P.Nos.14779 and 14781 of 2018 before this Court and pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19.06.2018 made in the said writ petitions, the second respondent passed an order dated 06.03.2020 and aggrieved by the said order, the petitioners preferred revision before the first respondent, however, the same has not yet been disposed of. Hence, the writ petitions. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners revision dated 16.10.2020 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

6.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioners revision dated 16.10.2020, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.These writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
