Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of declaration, declaring that the decision to terminate the services of the petitioner as Post Graduate Teacher is illegal and invalid and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to regularise the services of the petitioner with effect from 06.06.2001 the date on which he has been appointed on regular basis. ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition for the issuance of Writ of declaration, declaring that the decision to terminate the services of the petitioner as Post Graduate Teacher is illegal and invalid and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to regularise the services of the petitioner with effect from 06.06.2001 the date on which he has been appointed on regular basis.

I Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Ajaykumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Ganesan for Mr.S.Mani appearing for 1st respondent and Mr.B.Nambiselvan, Additional Government Pleader for 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner was already appointed in the Government School. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
