ORDER

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 07.11.2025 directed the learned District Munsif, Harur to dispose of O.S.No.146 of 2011, which has been renumbered as O.S.No.218 of 2012 on or before 31.01.2026. Since the said case could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this court, the court below by letter dated 18.03.2026 sought for extension of time. Hence, the matter is listed before this court today.

The learned District Munsif (FAC), Harur submitted a letter dated 12.03.2026, which has been forwarded by learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri stating that at present, the case is pending for production of stay particulars, if any, in view of the memo filed by learned counsel for defendant stating that the Civil Revision Petition filed before this court against the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024. Therefore, the court below was unable to dispose the petition within the time fixed by this Court. He had submitted that he had assumed full additional charge of the court on 05.01.2026 and he is taking all efforts to dispose the case as soon as possible. Hence, he prayed to grant further time of six months to dispose the case.

3. Considering the request of the learned District Munsif (FAC), Harur, and also the fact that the suit is pending from the year of 2012, this court is

inclined to extend the time for the period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order to comply with the order of this court. However, time granted by this court will not be extended further. 24-04-2026 RPP To
