Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the first respondent, submits that few days of indulgence be granted. The report is almost complete and sent for signature and the remaining work would be completed within two weeks. The tender now cannot be issued because of the Code of Conduct. Elections in the State of Tamil Nadu are scheduled on 19.4.2024.

After 19.4.2024, the respondents can approach the Election Commission of India for necessary permission so as to comply with the orders of the court.

At the request of learned counsel for the respondents, adjourned to 15.4.2024 for reporting compliance.
