The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in Ka.No.U.Po./E&Pa./Sipcot-II/Co-Audit/No.--/2018 dated 05.07.2018 on the file of the second respondent and to quash the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the demand notice directing him to pay a sum of Rs.4,98,901/-, however, now the petitioner is ready to pay the entire amount without any penalty and this Court may permit the petitioner to pay the said amount by way of six installments.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that if the petitioner is ready to pay the entire amount, this Court may consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

4.In view of the fair submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, since the petitioner himself agreed to pay entire amount by installments, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to pay the entire amount of Rs.4,98,901/-, by way of six installments, on or before 5th of every succeeding English Calender Month, commencing from January, 2022. The respondents shall collect the same without levying any further penalty.
