This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Reports in Cr.No.284 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent herein. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that pursuant to the investigation further action was dropped in the FIR.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence the prayer in the instant petition has become infructuous.
