The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus direction the first respondent to consider the Petitioner's Representation dated 04.09.2017 for rectifying the errors crept in, in the revenue records in respect of lands to an extent of 2.05 Acres comprised in Survey No.188/3 situated at Palavanapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue Patta to the petitioner within the time to be stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.This Court, while entertaining the writ petition, issued notice to the fourth respondent. Though the notice was served, the fourth respondent failed to appear. Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, his name is printed in the cause list. 3.The only grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 04.09.2017 seeking for rectification of some error in the revenue records in respect of the land to an extent of 2.05 Acres situated at Survey No.188/3, Palavanapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, has not been considered by the first respondent so far.
4.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the said representation as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with the law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
