of the Rent Control Appellate Authority / II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 18.10.2011 in RCOP No.241 of 1995 on the file of the Rent Controller / III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore (Prayer in CRP No.32 of 2017). ORDER
Despite several opportunities have been given, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.07.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 21.07.2020 under the caption ''for dismissal''. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.
2. On an earlier occasion, the petitioner was directed to pay 50% of the total arrears of rental amount to the respondent/ landlord within a period of eight weeks. During the pendency of the appeal, he has not paid the arrears of rent. Therefore, a petition under Section 11(4) of the Act was filed. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, both the 2/4
