This application has been filed by the petitioner to recall the order dated 22.08.2022 converting O.P.No.9 of 2022 into Testamentary Original Suit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the caveat petition is filed by the respondents without any supporting affidavit and hence, the order dated 22.08.2022 should be recalled.

3. Since affidavit has been filed in the caveat petition, this application is closed as having become infructuous.
