This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8231 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11204 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st Monday of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
