By an order dated 10.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15027 of 2024 this Court directed the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), enquiry is not yet completed. Hence, he seeks time for investigation.

3. Taking note of the fact that already sufficient time was granted to the respondent and also the petitioner was appeared five times before the respondent police for enquiry.

Therefore, the petitioner need not to appear before the respondent police.

Hence, this petition is closed.
