This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order passed by this Court, dated 17.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.12557 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16435 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
