Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondents to disposal of the appeal Na.Ka. Aa4/7903/2025 dated 08.07.2025 pending before the 1st Respondent in strictly in accordance with law. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

Mrs.Indhubala, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to dispose of the Appeal dated 08.07.2025 filed by the 5th respondent in accordance with law.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as against the rejection order passed by the 2nd respondent cancelling the patta issued in favour of the 5th respondent, the 5th respondent filed an appeal before the 1st respondent on 08.07.2025 and no action has not been taken on the same 2/6

till date. Further, he would submit that because of the non disposal of the appeal, the petitioner is highly prejudiced. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the 1st respondent will pass orders on the appeal filed by the 5th respondent , within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

5. Heard both sides.Perused the records.

6. In view of the limited scope of relief sought for in this writ petition, and also in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to pass orders on the appeal filed by the 5th respondent dated 08.07.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after 3/6

giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other parties concerned and thereafter communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

7. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 15.09.2025 arr To 4/6
