ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenu was remanded to judicial custody on 02.10.2024 with reference to Crime No.165 of 2024 for an offence under Sections 457 & 380 of IPC on the file of the Inspector of Police, Madagupatti Police Station, Sivagangai District.

2. Since the detenu has already been remanded to judicial custody, the habeas corpus petition would not lie. Consequently, the habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
