O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.11 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has already been completed in Crime No.11 of 2017 and final report has been submitted before the concerned Trial Court and the same has been taken as cognizance in SCC No.15 of 2018 on the file of the concerned Trial Court, which is pending for trial. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
