Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents in particular the second respondent to permanently absorb or regularize the services of the petitioner with retrospective effect from 24.06.1987 in the post of Watchman and put him on time scale of pay as applicable to the said category on that date and consequently restore his seniority above the persons appointed subsequently to the said category. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that O.A.No.1560 of 1998 which was originally filed by the petitioner herein, namely K.P.Krishnamurthy, before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, was transferred to the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.17840 of 2009 and it was dismissed on 17.9.2009. The present writ petition is in the nature of Writ of Mandamus filed for the very same relief.

2. In the light of the orders passed by this Court dated 17.09.2009 in W.P.No.17840 of 2009 (O.A.No.1560 of 1998) as stated above, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
