This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 17.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5182 of 2020 to report before the respondent Police fortnightly i.e., 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
