This petition is filed to condone the delay of days in filing the above Criminal Revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent, the delay of 551 days in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned and the petition is ordered.
