This is a petition to recognise the deponent as the General Power Agent of the revision petitioner.

2.In this context, the Power of Attorney Holder one V.Prabhu has filed an affidavit in this CMP, where he has stated the following: "7.I beg to submit that the Principal is alive and had not cancelled the General Power of Attorney granted to me under Doc.No.2590 of 2008 dated 22.12.2008 in the Office of the Sub Registrar, Adayar. The Power of Attorney is still in force."
