This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24443 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders and the petitioners (1,3 &4) shall report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
