ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had borrowed a hand loan for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- from the third respondent; even though the petitioner was ready to repay the said amount, the third respondent refused to receive the same by claiming interest for the said amount; in this regard the third respondent had given a complaint on 30.05.2022 against the petitioner; subsequent to that the petitioner had given a representation to the first respondent on 14.11.2022 and the same was not considered.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the representation given by the petitioner is yet to be considered.

4. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the dispute

is with regard to money transaction, the second respondent is directed to register the case by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2022, conduct enquiry and do the needful in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
