The learned Advocate Commissioner filed a report. In terms of the report, it is seen that the respondent has represented to the Advocate Commissioner that one of the applicant's representative by name, Dinesh on showing the order copy of this Court, took back the equipments belonging to the applicant and the respondent however evaded the request of the Advocate Commissioner, to evidence the same by showing the CCTV footages. The learned Advocate Commissioner has therefore returned the original warrant along with the report.

2.The learned counsel for the applicant submits that a police complaint has been lodged against the respondent and the applicant also intends to initiate company proceedings.
