The plaintiff has presented this application to condone the delay in filing the 52 documents listed in the schedule to the Judge's summons.
2. In the affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that these documents pertain to the Ennore Thermal Power Station, which was closed, and, therefore, the documents could not be traced until recently.
3. Learned counsel for the defendant opposes this application on the ground that the applicant has not explained the relevance of these documents.
4. Issues have been framed and the suit is at the stage of commencement of trial.
