This application is filed by the applicants/defendants 5 and 6 to condone the delay of 1265 days in representing papers in Diary No.7536 of 2018 along with the written statement of the 5th and 6th defendants in D.S.R No.44244 of 2018.

2. The Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 6 has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. At the request of the learned counsel for the defendants 5 and 6, for filing written statement along with condone delay application, post on 19.01.2024.
