COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to receive the application of the petitioners all dated 09.09.2024 in Form CCPA along with the prescribed fee through online for the grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit to operate the vehicle within radius of 30 K.M. Distance from Salem Town Old Bus Stand, Salem District and to consider the same.

Mr. C. Kathiravan Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER With consent of both sides, these Writ Petition have been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

These Writ Petitions have been filed for directing the respondent herein to receive the application of the petitioners all dated 09.09.2024 in Form CCPA along with the prescribed fee paid through online for the grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit to operate the vehicle within radius of 30 K.M. Distance from Salem Town Old Bus Stand, Salem District and to consider the same.

3. The issue involved in the present Writ Petition was dealt within the earlier Writ Petition in W.P. No. 9394 of 2024 dated 10.04.2024. This Court after considering the earlier passed in this regard, issued direction to the concerned Regional Transport Officer. Similar orders can also be issued in 2/4

the present case, since, the said order will ensure to the benefit of the petitioners also.

In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to receive the application of the petitioners all dated 09.09.2024 in form CCPA along with the prescribed fee paid by the petitioners through online for the grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit and consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
