This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.20575 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
