This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.182/2022 on the file of respondent and file the final report within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.182 of 2022 on 07.08.2022, no final report is filed till date.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4
this order under due intimation to the de-facto complainant. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
