Arb.Appln.No.653 of 2024 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the vehicle has been repossessed by the advocate commissioner.

The advocate commissioner has also filed a report confirming the same. He seeks for additional remuneration. The advocate commissioner has already been paid a total remuneration of Rs.35,000/-. The advocate commissioner has stated in the report that he spent 7 days for executing the warrant of Commission. In view of the same, this Court directs the applicant to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.15,000/- to the advocate commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Notice to the respondents, returnable by 17.04.2025. Private notice is also permitted.
