Perused the note submitted by the registry.

2. It appears that this Court by order dated 22.09.2023 while disposing the Civil Revision Petitions, directed the V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to conclude the suit proceedings by 31.03.2024. The learned V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai vide letter dated 02.04.2024 seeking extension of further three months time to dispose of the O.S.No.5145 of 2003.

3. Considering the reasons stated, the time stipulated in the order dated 22.09.2023 shall stand extended till 30.09.2024.
