Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.VELMURUGAN, Advocate for the 1ST & 2ND Respondents and the petitioner not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Suit is filed for partition and separate possession. The suit having been dismissed, the present appeal is filed. Though there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the learned counsel for the contesting respondents, submitted that there is no intention to alienate. Recording the same, this miscellaneous petition stands closed. If the contesting respondents want to alienate, then they can file appropriate application before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
