This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00a.m., until further orders in relating to the case registered by the respondent herein in Crime No.969 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20480 of 2023 dated 15.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week on 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.
