ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2024 and for extension of time for a further period for submission of residence and EWS certificate in connection with the appointment of the petitioner to the post of 2/5
Multi-Tasking staff, Judicial Department, or alternatively and for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the proceedings with respect to No.3297/DCRY/DEWS.Appeal 2024 /214 dated 27.09.2024 before 07.10.2024.
2. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submits that the said appeal is pending before the second respondent and the same will be considered and appropriate final orders will be passed on or before 11.10.2024.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader for the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the appeal petition dated 26.09.2024 of the petitioner, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, following the procedure as contemplated under the Rules, as expeditiously as possible, on or before 11.10.2024
4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. 3/5
There shall be no order as to costs.
