This Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph 3 of the order dated 25.08.2025 in CRL.MP.No.16052 of 2025, the words "for receipt of copies" is wrongly mentioned and the same may be deleted.

3. In view of the above submission, the Registry is directed to substitute paragraph 3 in the order dated 25.08.2025 as follows: "3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with before the trial Court, except for answering the charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and on the date of pronouncing of judgment and on any other dates as fixed by the trial Court. Copies can be given to the counsel itself, since it arises out of Factories Act." Page No.1/3
