This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.11594 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.13509 of 2023, by an order dated 8.8.2023 to report before the respondent police once a week at 10.00 a.m, until further orders,

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in two weeks at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
