This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition No.(iii), i.e., 'the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on every

Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal', imposed upon the petitioner, vide order in Crl.M.P.No.6195 of 2024 dated 19.03.2025 in Crl.A.No.405 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is convicted for the offence under sections 341, 366, 376(A) and 302 IPC and sentenced to undergo 1 month rigorous imprisonment, 10 years rigours imprisonment, 10 years rigorous imprisonment and life imprisonment respectively. This Court, vide order dated 19.03.2025, suspended the sentence imposed on the petitioner and directed him to appear before the trial Court on every Wedesday at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal and the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed on him.

4. Taking into consideration, the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed on him, the condition No.(iii) imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 19.03.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.6195 of

2024 in Crl.A.No.405 of 2024 that 'the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m until the disposal of the appeal' is modified as to the effect that, 'the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal.'

5. All other conditions imposed on the petitioner, vide order dated 19.03.2025, remain unaltered.
