(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) For the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 138 days in representing the Original Side Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

2. As regards the question relating to payment of Court fee, we find that the issue is pending before this Court in OSA.SR.No.11846 of 2023 and Review Application No.141 of 2023. Hence, this question qua this appeal would be decided as and when the issue is finally decided by the concerned Bench.

3. Registry is directed to number the Original Side Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
