Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the crime No.152 of 2015 to the file of the 4th respondent, which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent and directing the 4th respondent to file the final report in Crime No.152 of 2015 and to recover jewels of the petitioner, 242.028 Gold Sovereigns and 11 Kg of Silver articles cash amount of Rs.1,20,000/-.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the crime No.152 of 2015 to the file of the 4th respondent, which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent and directing the 4th respondent to file the final report in Crime No.152 of 2015 and to recover jewels of the petitioner, 242.028 Gold Sovereigns and 11 Kg of Silver articles cash amount of Rs.1,20,000/-. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in Crime No.152 of 2015, the respondent police has already completed the investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur, which is pending for committal in PRC No.12 of 2018.

3. It is seen from the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent police has completed the investigation and they have filed the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court. Therefore, the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
