The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2) (a), 4(2) (c), 5(1) (a), 7(1)(b) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.129 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is stated that the petitioner herein is a broker and running a brothel house. When the defacto complainant was standing in the bus stand, the petitioner approached the defacto complainant and taken him to the lodge and demanded Rs.10,000/- to fulfil his desire. It is stated that other accused persons have been taken into custody.

3. In view of the above fact and also since this is the 2nd anticipatory bail application and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
